Hammer mill with welded body particularly designed for grinding vegetable products (cereals, CAROB, animal feed, non abrasive chemical product, biomasses). Drive unit by means of: • Motor directly coupled with flexible coupling, mounted on a steel frame with the mill or • V belt-pulleys Depending on the specific application, the mill can be fed by a screw feeder, by electromagnetic feeder or vibrating feeder. On request, we can supply the electrical equipment to adjust capacity according to the power absorbed by the mill’s motor. It is also possible to apply to the feeder a magnetic plate, advisable and useful when the raw material to be ground contains magnetic metallic bodies. The ground product under the mill may be collected by pneumatic transport or by gravity. Model ROTOSCREEN is a special version designed with self-cleaning rotating grid for sticky products (Carob). • Hammers in hardened steel, thermally treated, with special cutting edge, useable on 4 edges, easily replaceable.
