Clemco Classic Blast Machines are versatile, reliable, and rugged enough to remove contamination, corrosion, mill scale, and coatings from most surfaces and have hundreds of other uses. They produce a uniform surface texture and create a surface profile to increase bonding for coatings. These industrial-quality machines range in size from 0.5 cuft to 20 cuft, and can be purchased in complete systems or as the machine only. 6 cuft 1¼” Piping Yard Portable Optional Stationary Conversion Kit - Holds 6 cuft of blast media. - 600 lbs of expendable-mineral abrasive. - 1¼” Piping—Provides approximately 30 minutes of blasting at 100 psi with a No. 6 (3/8″) nozzle. - Pressure vessel meets ASME specifications for 150 psi working pressure. FSV, Sentinel, MQV, or AQV Abrasive Metering Valve - Valve used depends upon specifications of each machine. Abrasive flows at 45° into air stream, which eliminates premature wear.
