EVOLUM+ range

Preconditioners
Used to heat, hydrate and mix dry raw materials before extrusion and to dose pretreated product into the extruder to optimise capacity and product features.

Vent stuffer
Accessory for twin‑screw extruders that evacuates vapor while retaining extruded material via a degassing screw to prevent material escape.

Density Control System (DCS)
DCS (vent stuffer plus regulating system) enables automated, precise control of pellet density and expansion degree using steam addition or vacuum generation.

Drying

Rotary dryer with Archimedes‑screw linear conveyance for homogeneous drying, improved energy performance and simplified maintenance.

EVOLUM+ Dryer
Modular dryer with enhanced aeraulics and high‑performance insulation; stainless steel hygienic construction suitable for washdown and easy access for maintenance.

Coating skids (sweet & salty)
Complete coating solutions including syrup preparation and metering, coating drum and spraying systems with touchscreen recipe management (BRIX, viscosity, temperature) and appropriate sizing for uniform dispersion.
