MULTISCREEN RC by CM Srl is a radio-controlled mobile disc screener designed for on-site material selection and continuous separation. It combines a configurable 10-shaft disc deck, optimised discharge conveyors and a tracked undercarriage to process mixed, wet or difficult-to-screen materials directly on jobsites.

How the disc screener works (summary)
Material is loaded into the hopper and fed to the rotating disc deck. Particles smaller than the disc spacing fall through as undersize (fine fraction) while larger particles are carried to the oversize conveyor. Disc spacing, rotor speed and deck inclination determine separation quality and productivity. Remote control allows the operator to adjust parameters from a safe distance.
