PRESENTATION
Automatic powder dosing lines for autonomous management of dosing, capping and labelling of a wide range of powders, including poor‑flowing or cohesive products. Screw dosing units and vibrating‑channel dosing units are selected according to product characteristics and required speeds. Solutions include majority/minority dosing groups and multi‑head weigh systems designed for integration with suction units when required. The capping station positions and closes lids using vibrating pick&place or laying systems combined with dedicated capping units. Labelling, marking and end‑of‑line solutions are available on request. Our engineering team customises plant components to project requirements and powder properties.

• Dosing configurations: Majority and minority dosing groups or multi‑head weigh systems; designed to integrate suction units when needed.
• Capping station: Vibrating pick&place or laying systems to position and correctly close any type of lid, using dedicated capping units.
