Description

PRESENTATION
We supply semi-automatic powder dosing lines for a wide range of powders, including poorly flowing and agglomerating products. Systems are configured according to product characteristics and can use horizontal auger (screw) units or vibrating-channel modules. Augers are fully stainless steel with variable shapes and geometries; vibrating channels are recommended for regular, precise dosing of free‑flowing, non‑hygroscopic powders. The supporting frame is sized to the number of dosing heads and container pitch. Operation and parameters (dispensing speed, dosing settings, wash cycle) are managed via an operator panel. Units are prepared for integration of extraction/suction systems and for connection to capping or labeling equipment.

DOSING UNITS
  • Horizontal auger units: stainless steel, customizable shapes and geometries.
  • Vibrating channel units: for regular and precise dosing of free‑flowing, non‑hygroscopic powders.

APPLICATION SECTORS
  • Food industry
  • Cosmetics
  • Chemical industry

DIMENSIONS AND GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS
The support structure and clearances are dimensioned according to the selected dosing heads and container pitch. Machines are adaptable to different formats and support micro‑dosing as well as dosing into containers up to 25 kg depending on configuration.
