The MONOBLOCK capping machine is designed for integration into automatic dosing lines or for standalone capping operations. The frame is stainless steel with polycarbonate guards to protect the operator from moving parts. The system includes a pick & place station (suction cup or clamp depending on cap type), a tightening station with digital pressure regulator and a vibrating cap feeder, custom-designed to application requirements. The control panel allows recipe storage, adjustment of handling parameters and remote assistance.
