Product descriptionThe moulder COLBAKE SM70 is a high-precision production moulder designed to uniformly shape dough pieces after resting/proofing. It uses a progressive system of rollers and belts that stretch and roll the dough to reach the required length and shape, ensuring consistent results across high-volume runs and adapting to multiple bread formats.
Functions- Stretching: Suitable for very hydrated doughs (approx. 80%–100%) that would adhere to classic roller shapers; ideal for producing very thin and long products such as pretzel and simit.
- Flattening: The reversible upper press changes rotation direction to flatten products and obtain flat shapes.
- Lower press / elongation: The lower press provides additional elongation capacity for baguettes and longer loaves; the upper press can be used alone for shorter products like rolls or sandwich bread.
