The Industrial Flat Laser Cutting for sheet allow us to get some complex shapes and cut up the thickess material that we used to do in our Punching Centers. We have 4 Automatic Flats Laser Cutting in Valence (26). 3 of our Laser Cutting machines are CO2 with a maximum height 4000 x 2000 mm and the fourth is a Fiber Laser Cutting with a maximum size 6000 x2500 mm. You need some unit sheet metal workshop parts, medium or large batch, small size until 6 meters? We'll be able to make some recorveries in our machening bench and manufacture sets of sheet tubes (in our Laser Cutting Tube machines) with mortise tenons for a simplified assembly. Our 1000T Press machine can fold until 6 meters. COMBEDIMANCHE Industrial Metal Sheet Workshop will follow you in your Flat Laser Cutting projects going up until 6000x2500, offering you the folding, the laser tube cutting with parts rework. Laser cutting is a manufacturing process which uses a laser to cut materials (Metals: Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium…) by concentrating a large amount of energy on a very small surface area. Fast and efficient precision cutting of numerous materials up to 25mm thick is possible using this procedure. The parts are cut effortlessly and the heat-affected zone remains minimal (around 0.5mm on metals). Our three Laser Cutting Centers allow us to work efficiently : - From the prototyping phase to small batches, medium sized batches and large volumes. - With all grades of steel: Steel – Galvanized Steel – Stainless Steel - Aluminium – COR-TEN Steel – Hardox Plates – Creusabro Steel.
