Once your parts have been cut or bent, you can let us take care of the assembly and finishing. Our competent staff provides the following services: dowel/stud insertion, inserts, milling, tapping, rolling, deburring and small-scale assembly. We also take care of shipping for you. We are equipped with a wide range of machine tools and hand-held portable machines which enable us to perform numerous finishing operations. Our competent staff will make every effort to provide any service that has been requested. We also have partners who provide solutions for your surface treatment needs. Programming : COMBEDIMANCHE SAS is equipped with programming SOFTWARE for our various machine tools, and we also work with SOLIDWORKS. We can assist you in all phases of product development, advise you about weldless assembly and carefully choose materials so as to avoid surface treatment, all - of course - with your validation. You can send us your paper drawings, sketches or computer files by e-mail using the following formats: dxf, dwg, top, SOLIDWORKS. We work closely together and share our experience with customers in order to help with all aspects of product development, but don’t hesitate to check out our site to find out about the complete range of services we can put at your disposition. Welding : Even if it’s not our main activity, our Industrial Sheet Metal Workshop is equipped with TIG/MIG and Semi-Auto Welding Stations as well as a 6-axis welding robot to assemble your parts. Our electronic computer aided design and our pre-positioning systems save us valuable time when carrying out welding operations. Welding work can also be contracted out to our partners.
