Our RCS 350-30 Hydraulic Plate Rolling Machine was custom built to be able to roll special steel plates, such as abrasion resistant steels (Hardox, Creusabro) up to an impressive thickness of 20 mm. Of course, This Machine is also able to roll plates made of other grades of Steel (Structural Steel - HLE super strength Steel) as well as Stainless Steel and Aluminium. Maximum Length : 3 m. The Minimum diameter for rolling steel plates is 500 mm ( no maximum diameter) depending on the grade of steel. How our Plate Rolling Machine works : Our Pinch/Pyramid Plate rolling machine is made up of 3 rolls placed in a triangle formation. - One Pressing Top Roll - Two Pressing Side Roll The Sheet Metal is fed in between the side rolls and is held in place - No tightening required. The Plate Rolling Machine thus allows for a pinching capacity equal to its rolling capacity. Our Plate rolling experience means that we are able to roll full or perforated sheets and also to make cones.
