Connecting a Ciject® Injection machine to an inlet port of a typical closed mould.
• Design of the injection valve ensures straightforward isolation of the mould cavity and vacuum tight sealing, ensuring reliable and clean operation
• Careful positioning of the material port allows use in deep mould structures with limited access
• The valve is cleaned as part of the normal injection machine flush cycle and once cleaned, the valve can be disconnected from the injection machine
• A combination of innovative design, robust construction and highest quality components ensure excellent reliability with a wide range of resin types under the harshest conditions
• The use of an injection valve enables automation of the process and reduces the need for operation intervention
