Overview
The SlimLine™ series are desiccant-free compressed air dryers designed for low-throughput extrusion and molding applications and compatible with most resins. Standard units have no moving parts, minimizing maintenance and energy use. The slim hopper is integrated and mounts directly to the machine throat.

• On-board control displays actual and setpoint drying temperatures and allows selection between Fahrenheit and Celsius.
• Control label identifies functions; toggle display between heater output percentage (read-only) and high-temperature alarm setpoint.
• Hand-fill lid included on models SL2.5 and SL5; models SL15, SL25 and SL50 include an IB06 interface for loader mounting (loader sold separately).
• No moving parts or desiccant on standard units; compact footprint for direct throat mounting.

Options

• Slide gate: isolates dryer and stops material flow at the machine throat.
• TLA adapter for loader fill: allows mounting of a TLA loader to automate hopper filling (adapter shown for SL2.5 and SL5; not required for SL15 and SL25; TLA not used with SL50).
• Optional hand-fill lid for models SL15, SL25 and SL50 to prevent contamination when a loader is not used.
• Mounting adapter with drain: facilitates cleanup and material changeovers.
