Description
The BatteryPack Hybrid combines a high-capacity battery system with a diesel generator for recharging, providing up to 148 kWh of energy and 425 kW of power. It is ideal for RTG cranes and other industrial machinery that operate without grid access.
A DC/DC converter supplies a stable DC voltage of up to 780 V and recharges the battery via the genset or regenerative braking.
The system includes liquid-cooled battery modules, a battery management system (BMS), energy management, thermal components, programmable logic controller (PLC) and a touchscreen for monitoring. It is housed in a rugged, customised enclosure with the option of cloud-based remote supervision.
