Description
The BatteryPack FE ("full electric") is a modular battery system that can provide up to 60 kWh of energy and 112 kW of power. Typical applications are E-RTG-cranes, which are connected to the public power grid via conductor rail or cable reel during normal operation.
The system delivers a stable DC output of up to 780 V to the machine via a DC/DC converter and recharges itself when grid power is restored. The system includes air-cooled battery modules, a battery management system (BMS), an energy management system (EMS), a programmable logic controller (PLC), thermal control and a touch panel for real-time monitoring.
Housed in a rugged, customisable enclosure, the system can be mounted on board or used as a mobile solution. Optional remote supervision via the cloud is also available.
