Description
The BatteryPack BE ("battery electric" is a modular, liquid-cooled battery system that can deliver up to 296 kWh of energy and 425 kW of power. Designed for fully electric operation, it supplies stable DC voltage (up to 780 V DC) to industrial equipment such as electric rubber-tyred gantry cranes (E-RTGs) via an integrated DC/DC converter.
The system includes all the necessary components, such as battery modules, cooling/heating units, a battery management system (BMS) and a programmable logic controller (PLC) for straightforward machine integration, all housed in a robust, customized enclosure. Charging can be done via the onboard converter or external AC/DC units. A touchscreen provides real-time system data. Optional cloud connectivity enables remote monitoring and diagnostics.
