Contrel elettronica Insulation monitoring device enables fixed supervision of insulation of electrical grids in direct-current segregated on ground. The supervision is done by computing the prospective variation's two polarities along with an auxiliary supply from beneath the grid. These tools consist of two trip entrances that can be modified by frontal micro buttons termed as ALARM and TRIP. for indicating the reduced insulation level. The Trip is indicated by the frontal LED whereas the remote trip is carried out by twin transmission with no voltage contacts. The transmission need to be setup for better protection. the TEST and RESET switches can be initiated domestically or by an outer switch. Moreover, the press switch can be configured physically as well as mechanically.
