Description

The ESR-1550/3.5 three-roll electromechanical rolling mill with asymmetric shafts is used to produce cylindrical and conical shells of various diameters. This machine is designed for bending sheets with a thickness of up to 3.5 mm, length up to 1550 mm, diameter of the upper shaft 120 mm. The most popular are three-roll bending machines from this series, due to their relatively simple and functional design. Most suitable for those customers who are looking for equipment with medium performance and low cost. Key benefits: • Asymmetric arrangement of cylinders • The lower and upper rollers rotate through a system of gears and a chain drive from an electric motor • Top roller rotates in both directions, equipped with a tilt and swivel mechanism • Height-adjustable bottom and side rollers (manually adjustable) • Rollers are made of high-strength steel, hardened (hardness HRC45) and ground • Possibility of cone bending • Foot control with emergency stop button Chain drive transmits rotation from the electric motor to the rollers. The upper roller is foldable, which facilitates the removal of finished products. The folding roller is equipped with a lock preventing its spontaneous opening during operation.
