Overview
The Hatina 4S by Cosmic is a compact, modular ATE platform designed for wafer-sort (WS) and final test of MEMS devices and magnetic sensors. The system supports stimulus modules for humidity, pressure and temperature sensors, microphones, magnetometers and twist-tilt units for accelerometers and gyroscopes. Its scalable architecture enables high parallelism up to 140 sites in ping-pong mode and a minimal footprint for easy integration into handlers and automation lines.
