The handling systems shown here identify some possible solutions for 2-axis movements both horizontally (x-y) and horizontally / vertically (x-z).
X-Y: in case you need good rigidity and high performance, the best solution is the one with the two guides parallel to the base and a transversal one resting on top.
When this is not possible, movement systems with a single axis at the base can be used, however penalizing rigidity and relative performance.
X-Z: generally moved with a belt on the horizontal axis and rack on the vertical one.
Depending on the extent of the load, the vertical stroke and the positioning accuracy required, we offer solutions with single guides on both axes, double guides on the horizontal axis and simple on the vertical, or double guides on both.
