Description

Introduction Gasboard-9051HW is an extractive hot-wet gas analysis system designed for continuous emission monitoring of stationary pollution sources. The system utilizes UV-DOAS and zirconia technologies to measure SO2, NO, NO2, H2O, and O2 concentrations, and performs continuous monitoring of particulate matter, flow velocity, temperature, pressure, and humidity in the flue gas stream. It adopts hot-wet sampling method to maintain high-temperature conditions throughput the gas path, effectively preventing condensation and preserving reactive or water-soluble components such as SO2, NH3, and HCL to ensure high measurement accuracy. The system supports real-time data visualization, automatic calibration, and long-term data storage through an integrated industrial PC and display interface. Measurement data can be transmitted via PSTN, GPRS, or CDMA networks for remote supervision and regulatory compliance. Application areas: Oil and gas, metallurgy, fertilizer industry, power plants, waste incinerators, paper mills, glass manufacturing, cement industries, and other industrial emission sources. Optional integration: TDLAS analyzers enable extended monitoring capabilities for CO, CH4, CO2, H2S, NH3, HCl, and HF based on specific application requirements.
