Cubic ZS-ST-11 is a mini-type zirconia oxygen sensor designed on the basis of HTCC technology, which adopts zirconia as its sensing element to detect the amount of oxygen in motorcycle exhaust systems.
Cubic ZS-ST-11 features a flat multilayer ceramic element, which is produced through HTCC process, and an optimized electrode design that enables the sensor to deliver fast response (light-off time <15 seconds) and excellent stability. Cubic ZS-ST-11 is capable of operating within 12–14 V, with a maximum current of 1 A, and withstanding exhaust gas temperatures up to 850°C. The control element of Cubic ZS-ST-11 is protected by a thermal-shock protection (TSP) layer, ensuring reliable operation under high-temperature, high-humidity, and harsh environmental conditions. Cubic ZS-ST-11 provides standard voltage signal output for seamless ECU closed-loop control.
With an advanced chip and broad coverage across multiple motorcycle models, Cubic ZS-ST-11 is widely applied in motorcycle manufacturing, maintenance and retrofitting, as well as environmental compliance testing.
