Cubic ZS-ST-14 is a four-wire mini zirconia oxygen sensor that is designed on the basis of HTCC technology and adopts zirconia as its sensing element to detect the amount of oxygen in motorcycle exhaust systems. Cubic ZS-ST-14 measures oxygen concentration by detecting the potential difference generated by the oxygen ion concentration difference between exhaust gas and reference air. Cubic ZS-ST-14 features an ignition time less than 15 seconds, effectively reducing pollutant emissions during the cold-start phase.
Additionally, Cubic ZS-ST-14 features a compact design that fits space-limited installation. With a Thermal Shock Protection (TSP) coated zirconia element, Cubic ZS-ST-14 demonstrates enhanced thermal cycling durability and resistance to condensation for continuous operation in 850°C exhaust environments. Cubic ZS-ST-14 is capable of simulating multiple signal outputs and interfaces directly with the ECU, enabling real-time closed-loop air-fuel ratio control.
Produced through in-house manufacturing under an automotive-grade quality management system, Cubic ZS-ST-14 is suitable for both OEM motorcycle production and aftermarket applications.
