Product OverviewCubic JW-05-4CH is the worlds first four-channel NDIR CH4 sensor designed for the residential and commercial gas safety alarm applications.
With an innovative four-channel detector design, JW-05-4CH has high selectivity to methane and is immune to ethyl alcohol and acetic acid. Each channel of the JW-05-4CH sensor responds differently to methane and interfering gases. By comparing the signal patterns of all channels and collaborating with smart compensation algorithm, the concentration of methane can be accurately detected, which effectively reduces false alarms and improves detection accuracy even in complex environments. It achieves high accuracy across the operating temperature range and measurement range, with a short recovery time from high ambient concentrations. Featuring strong anti-interference, JW-05-4CH has long-term stability and reliability. The sensor offers a lifespan of more than 10 years based on the NDIR sensing principle.
Characterized by small size and compact design, JW-05-4CH is easy for integration and be widely used in residential and commercial gas alarms, portable gas detectors, and other fields.
