Product OverviewCubic Gasboard-2520 is a high-performance methane gas sensor based on Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology.
By detecting the absorption of laser light at specific wavelengths, the sensor enables highly selective and accurate methane measurement. With a high-performance detector and special processing gas chamber, Gasboard-2520 delivers high accuracy of ± 1 ppm + 2% reading with a minimum detection limit of 1ppm and a resolution of 0.1ppm.
Due to the laser-based principle, Gasboard-2520 delivers long-term stability and offers strong resistance to cross-interference from background gases, ensuring reliable performance in complex gas environments. It also features fast response to capture minor gas leakage.
The optimized temperature compensation algorithm effectively minimizes the influence of ambient temperature variations, allowing the sensor to operate stably under harsh conditions. In addition, the measurement range can be flexibly expanded through optical path optimization and configuration adjustment, enabling the sensor to adapt to different concentration levels and application requirements.
Gasboard-2520 has low power consumption design and a long lifespan of more than 10 years. It also supports optional TTL/RS233/RS485 communication interfaces, enabling convenient calibration and configuration. With the modularized form, Gasboard-2520 can be widely deployed in fixed, mobile, and online gas monitoring solutions, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial, energy, and environmental monitoring applications.
