Automatic transfer switch controller FT40

The FT40 Transfer Switch Controller is a full service, part winding reduced voltage controller. A part winding fire pump controller reduces the starting current by up to 40% while maintaining up to 50% motor starting torque. The FT40 is the most economical method of reduced voltage starting, however, requires a special motor wound for part winding starting. All Eaton FT Series controllers are supplied as Dual Utility controllers and meet FM 1321 / 1323 approvals.
