Description
The KL22 machine pushbutton panel can be perfectly combined with the OST22 operator terminal when installed horizontally. It includes the following pushbuttons and presets:
Power ON pushbutton with green lamp
4 CNC cycle control pushbuttons (START, STOP, HOLD, RESET)
2 pushbuttons for manual movements (JOG+, JOG -)
3 override knobs (spindle SPEED from 50% to 150%, axes FEED from 0% to 120%, axes RAPID from 0% to 100%)
One USB port to be connected to the related input of the front-end PC via the supplied cable.
A 105-key QWERTY keyboard with Win-US layout and 1.5mm travel silicone pushbuttons.
8 hole plugs for 22 mm diameter holes, to be used for the pushbutton panel customization by the machine manufacturer.
Setup for an emergency pushbutton (optional button available)
