Digital temperature and humidity sensor module DHT9x integrates sensing elements and signal processing to deliver fully calibrated digital outputs. It incorporates proprietary CMOSens® technology, ensuring high reliability and excellent long-term stability. The sensor combines a capacitive polymer humidity-sensing element and a band-gap temperature-sensing element on a single chip, which interfaces seamlessly with a 14-bit A/D converter and serial interface circuitry. This integration results in superior quality, ultra-fast response (typically less than 4 seconds), strong anti-interference capabilities, and high cost-effectiveness.
- The simple two-wire serial interface and internal voltage regulation facilitate quick and easy integration into peripheral systems.
