Description

Ramrun is a conveyance system where the carriers themselves are equipped with motors and wheels, allowing each to move on its own. It is characterized by its ability to travel at variable speeds and stop at precise positions. Also, it does not require chains or lubricant due to its urethane wheels. Lifting and transferring equipment can be added to the carriers to cater to specific applications and conditions. Ramrun HID There are two methods for supplying power to the carriers: (1) a wired power supply method, which connects a power cable to the side of the rail and supplies power using the carriers’ collectors, or (2) a contactless power supply method (HID), which connects two resin-coated power cables to the side of the rail and supplies power without contact. HID Wireless Power Supply System The High Efficiency Inductive Power Distribution (HID) power supply system uses electromagnetic induction to supply power to moving objects without coming into contact with them. Due to its contactless nature, there is no sparking or noise, and the absence of abrasion debris eliminates the need for cleaning and maintenance. The system is used not only in the automotive industry, but also in a wide range of other industries, including the semiconductor, flat panel display, pharmaceutical, food, and food container industries.
