Overview
The Flexible Drive System transports loaded carriers and trolleys using a friction-based drive: a motor-driven driving wheel presses against trolley sides or load bars to generate propulsion. The chainless configuration enables adaptable line layouts for branching, merging and curved runs.

Overhead Type
Overhead configuration supports flexible layouts including branching and merging. Roller drive provides stable, consistent speed. The overhead arrangement is operator-friendly thanks to low noise, low impact and oil-free construction.

Floor Type

Load Bar Turn
The system uses a load-bar turn mechanism to change pallet direction without a conventional turntable. Each conveyor pallet is divided into three articulated sections connected by load bars, enabling turning and swerving while reducing power consumption, weight and component count. Sectioned pallets also simplify truck loading and improve transport efficiency.
