Product overview
PreciseLine® air handlers deliver conditioned air to dedicated spaces in vertical or horizontal configurations. Units cover 600 to 10,000 CFM and are available in models BCV, BCA and BCH. The modular approach enables designers and contractors to place multiple smaller units to meet zoning and space constraints without sacrificing capacity.

Retrofits
Field-separable sections under 36" allow equipment to pass through standard doorways for straightforward retrofit installations in existing buildings.

Factory‑installed controls
Intuitive factory-installed controls support standalone operation or integration with a building automation system (BAS), reducing installation time and commissioning complexity.

Factory‑installed valve packages
Available for two-pipe and four-pipe systems (sizes 006–020). Valve packages are leak-tested and assembled inside the cabinet; water connections terminate outside the cabinet for fast field hookup and valve piping is serviceable through a single access panel.

Thermal break insulated panels
Galvanized double-wall cabinet with 1" foam-injected, thermally isolated panels (approx. R-6.5) improves thermal resistance and reduces energy transfer through the cabinet.

Economizer mixing box
Optional economizer mixing box enables free cooling using outside air when conditions permit, lowering mechanical cooling demand and improving ventilation and indoor air quality.

Energy recovery wheel
Optional energy recovery wheel transfers sensible and latent energy between exhaust and incoming airstreams to reduce heating and cooling loads and improve overall system efficiency.
