Description

Owing to its adaptability, its rapidity in the processing of scrap metal and its compactness making transport easier, the shear-baler is an important tool for scrap metal recycling facilities. DANIELI HENSCHEL provides a particularly wide range of hydraulic shear-balers with not less than 33 models from 500 up to 1000 tonnes. In this range, The 500-t and 600-t models (cutting force) can be mobile (on wheels), moveable or stationary. The 700- and 800-t models are easily reassembled and movable, without requiring civil engineering. The 800- and 1000-t models are heavier. Electrical or diesel motorisation, various lengths of charging boxes, cutting widths, offer an even wider range of machines. All these machines are equipped with wraparound winged boxes, with optimisation of efforts, and again possibilities of overstroke superior to the size of bales so that the scrap metal is totally compacted. Shearing heads such as the hydraulic system benefit from the latest technological innovations applied to all DANIELI HENSCHEL shears. Laser instruments for measuring distances enable accurate cutting length adjustment. Machines are operated from the charging appliance. Machines for optimzed production should be equipped with an extra charging table to have it loaded in concurrent operation time.
