The heavyweight champions: DANIELI HENSCHEL scrap shears with lateral precompression box come in three box/reducer combinations: two- or three-level box, one- or two-part lid, reducer parallel or angle-adjustable! From 800 to 2000 tonnes, specifically designed for heavy-duty applications for the processing of heavy, bulky scrap metal, shear-balers of the CIB range will allow you to shear up to 95 t/h. High densification and a precise cutting length are your guarantee of a top-quality finished product. For certain categories of sheared product, the vertical movement of the shearing ram can be indexed to the movement of the reducing ram. This function can then be used to reduce the stroke of the knife slide, in order to optimise output. The shearing and reducing rams are mounted from the top. A movable discharge chute softens the fall of the cut scrap metal and facilitates access to the blades for replacement. Our scrap shears are equipped with hydraulic clamping of the lower and upper blades, and tools are supplied to facilitate blade maintenance. Exact cutting lengths are set using laser distance measurement. Control is performed from the loading machine. For production machines, an additional charging table is recommended, so that loading time can be optimized. The shearing heads and the hydraulic system benefit from the latest technical developments, which are applied to all DANIELI HENSCHEL scrap shears.
