Description

Recommended for the shearing of scrap metal and light to semi-heavy metals; their production capacity and user-friendliness are appreciated by many operators. Main characteristic: direct, continuous loading in an inclined vibrating floor box, for continuous shearing. From the 500-t stationary or moveable model, with an output of approximately 10 t/h, to the 1100-tonne model and its installed 460 kW for sites that process 10,000 t/month, DANIELI HENSCHEL offers a complete range to suit your needs. In this range, the 500- and 600-t models (cutting force) can be moveable: four hydraulic legs to raise the machine in order to place it on a low bed trailer. The vertical movement of the knife slide can be linked to the movement of the hold-down for the processing of certain categories of waste. The indexing function can then be used to reduce the stroke of the knife slide, in order to optimise output. Pre-selection of different operating cycles via the touch screen on the control box. A retractable stop incorporated in the shearing head crossmember can reduce the cutting length (optional). The shearing heads and the hydraulic system benefit from the latest technical developments, which are applied to all DANIELI HENSCHEL scrap shears.
