The UB 20xx axial fan is designed for ventilation and gas extraction in explosive atmospheres such as filling stations, fuel depots, tanks and manholes. The antistatic housing construction conducts electrostatic charges to earth to prevent dangerous sparking. The motor and housing meet protection class IP55 for effective dust and water resistance. ATEX marking: Motor/Housing: II 2 G Ex db eb IIB T6 Gb; II 2 G Ex IIB T6 Gb — suitable for Zone 1 and Zone 2.
