Homogeneous Heat Distribution
Lodos hot air generators heat areas where direct convection is required, using a technological burner structure that emits minimal exhaust gases. The heat generated in the high-efficiency blades is transferred directly to the medium by an axial fan, making these devices among those with the most homogeneous heat output.
Space-Saving Design
Lodos hot air generators from Daygas transfer the heat energy from NG or LPG either directly to the environment where the fan is mounted or by blowing hot air through air ducts. Thanks to a specially developed boiler structure, they offer high efficiency and low energy consumption. The special design ensures the lowest operating noise level with the boiler and housing structure, operating more quietly than competitors. Due to the rising hot air, it is recommended to use hot air generators in confined spaces with ceiling heights not exceeding 5 m for more efficient and homogeneous heating.
- Possibility to operate hermetically and semi-hermetically.
- Electrical components made of high-temperature resistant, non-flammable silicone cables.
- All metal components made of high-temperature resistant, durable aluminum-silicon alloy.
Device Control
Various scenarios and control elements are associated with device management. The five main alternatives are:
- Remote control
- Integration via control panel
- Pako switched manual control
- Thermostat-controlled automatic control
- Integration into automation systems (SCADA control)
The variety of control scenarios offered as five different alternatives allows the products to be controlled correctly and as desired. The most suitable control scenario is selected by evaluating the on-site use of the devices in our product range and the site conditions. Therefore, control with the right solution scenario facilitates both fuel savings and long-lasting, trouble-free operation.
Integration into Automation Systems (SCADA Control)
Our devices can be directly integrated into building automation systems (BMS) via the Modbus communication protocol through the RS485 port (internal). If no BMS system is available, device control can be fully automated from a single center via an HMI touch panel or PC.
- Operating sequence of devices on specified days and hours
- Operation of heating devices with regional or individual step and modulation control
- Display of device error codes in the system to identify faulty devices and store errors in memory
- Functional controls such as immediate, daily, weekly, or monthly monitoring of fuel consumption are advantages of the integrated automation system
Control Units
- 128x64 graphic LCD display
- Automatic and manual control
- Communication port with computer
- Option to connect an external temperature sensor
- Ability to control 8 independent zones and a total of 32 devices
- 7 days, 24 hours programmable function
- Overheat protection mode
- Frost protection function
- Encrypted protection function
Facilitates your work with many commands, from controlling the switching on and off of devices on desired working days and time intervals to maintaining a warm environment within the set temperature range for frost protection when the company is closed.
Analog Room Thermostat
Thanks to the Daygas analog room thermostat, the device automatically switches off when the set heat value is reached. When the room temperature drops below the desired value, the device automatically switches on at the maximum level and resumes operation, saving fuel.
Digital Room Thermostat
- Frost protection function
- Temperature control on the device
- Modulation control capability
When your devices reach the temperature programmed with the Daygas temperature sensor, the modulation value of the device is reduced according to weather conditions, resulting in fuel savings. Once the environment reaches the desired temperature, the device automatically switches off, and when the temperature falls below the desired value, it automatically switches on and starts working at the most suitable temperature level for the environment.
Pako Switched Manual Control
Stepwise manual control can be provided via the Pako switch. For more local solutions where no control panel is available or needed, devices can be operated at the desired level via the Pako switch. The heating devices can be controlled with an independent step setting. When the device is in standby mode (0) on the Pako, it is not switched on, and after shutdown procedures, the device enters rest mode, ensuring a long service life.
Remote Control
With the Daygas remote control, all functions of the device such as on/off, temperature increase and decrease, and reset can be easily controlled. All Daygas products can be controlled remotely with a single remote.
