Heavy duty hydraulic ramp for loading docks The ramp DH-DR.90 is equipped with a very robust steel platform, offering 5T or 9T bridge capacity between a fixed loading station and a commercial vehicle. The ramp is hydraulically operated by a single lift cylinder, driven by a 380V pump unit. The hydraulic system and the shape of the platform point allow the operator to correctly line-up the platform with trucks, trailers and semi-trailers with different loading floor heights and to follow the movement of the vehicle floor while loading and unloading (variations in vehicle suspension). The platform sides are foreseen with sturdy guards, to prevent fork lifts from unintentionally driving off the platform sides. CHARACTERISTICS PLATFORM • Reinforced heavy-duty steel platform, adapted to extreme lift capacities • Guide profiles / driving restraints at the left and right side of the platform, to avoid a fall of the fork lifts from the platform FUNCTIONAL & MECHANICAL CHARACTERISTICS • The platform moves between an almost vertical stow position and a declined work position that enables loading and unloading of trucks / trailers / sea containers. HYDRAULICAL CHARACTERISTICS • 1 centrally mounted lift cylinder ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS • Hydraulic power pack 3 phases 220 or 380V, to be mounted at the construction place FITTING • Mounting angle to fix the platform to the loading dock. Bolts and any anchoring products are not included in the kit.
