Structure Adhesive Sealing System(TS-SA7000) is designed for dispensing Structure Adhesive with Extrude Pattern by using of Booster Unit integrated with Extrude Gun(dispense gun) and Booster(constant flow rate controller), of which is enhanced Sealing system available for Robot speed compensation control, viscosity compensation control and precious flow rate control requiring at Structure Adhesive Sealing Equipment. LAY-OUT Pump : Pumping adhesive in container to Filter Unit High Pressure Hose : Transferring line of adhesive up to Joint part High Pressure Pipe : Transferring line of adhesive up to Filter Unit, heating system Filter Unit : Prevention of Nozzle clogging after filtration of adhesive or foreign substances flowed in-pipe.
