Bond Sealing System(BO3000) is designed for dispensing Bond Sealer with Extrude Pattern by using Bond Gun(dispense gun) and AOPR(dispense pressure controller), which is enhanced Sealing System for precision dispense suitable for engine block dispense complex and narrowed.
Pump : Pumping sealer in container to AOPR Unit.
High Pressure Hose : Transferring line of sealer up to Joint part
High Pressure Pipe : Transferring line of sealer up to AOPR Unit, heating system
AOPR Unit : Controlling of sealer dispense pressure constantly
Heating Hose : Transferring of sealer from AOPR Unit to Gun, heating system
Gun : On/Off control of sealer dispensation
