Description
BPR SEALING SYSTEM(TS-BPR7000/7100) is designed for dispensing BPR Sealer with high-speed/high-pressure by using Flat Stream Gun and Booster(constant flow rate controller) and available for control of various sealer patterns(width, thickness) excellently regardless of panel shape.
Pump : Pumping sealer in container to Filter Unit.
High Pressure Hose : Transferring line of sealer up to Joint part
High Pressure Pipe : Transferring line of sealer up to Filter Unit, heating system
Filter Unit : Prevention of Nozzle clogging after filtration of adhesive or foreign substances flowed in-pipe.
Booster : Dispensing sealer constantly flowed from Pump thru Servo-motor driving control, by Gun.
Heating Hose : Transferring of sealer from Booster to Gun, heating system
Gun : On/Off control of sealer dispensation, formation of dispense pattern
Control Panel : Sealing System Control
