Description

The simulated three-level road bump tester is suitable for accelerated road transport simulation testing of truck-transported products to determine whether the product can withstand the expected transport vibration environment. Accelerated road transport simulation testing involves increasing the test value of simulated transport vibration on a simulation platform to shorten the transport simulation test time and conduct tests consistent with the statistical characteristics of fatigue cumulative damage in automobile transport environments. This simulated three-level highway bump test bench assesses the ability of various items with specific loads to withstand actual road conditions during highway transportation. This test measures the effects of actual road conditions on items in the laboratory, providing a basis for evaluating or confirming the items and their packaging. The simulated third-level highway bump test bench recreates the vibration environment experienced by a vehicle traveling on a highway. It uses a frequency band approach to simulate broadband random vibration. Each frequency band contains a primary natural frequency and satisfies the power spectrum of the band. The vibration parameters of the vibration level transport bench are consistent with the actual road spectrum, and the test bench rotation time is equal to the actual time. QJ815.2 Ministry of Aerospace Industry Standard "Requirements and Methods for Accelerated Simulation Testing of Products for Highway Transportation" Intermediate road surface on a Class III highway, intermediate road surface on a Class IV highway, and low-grade road surface. The simulated automobile transport test bench mechanically simulates the vibration environment of a vehicle traveling on the road, reproducing it in the laboratory. Its design philosophy is based on statistics, applying the principles of probability theory and stochastic control theory. Because the vertical vibration of a vehicle's cabin is broadband random, mechanically reproducing the power spectrum is difficult. Therefore, the concept of frequency band approximation is employed to simulate broadband random vibration. Each frequency band contains a natural frequency (the vehicle's natural frequency), and the power in each band satisfies the following requirements: - δi bench = δi car - 1. δi bench is the RMS value of the acceleration of a point on the transport bench surface in the i-th frequency band; - 2. δi car is the RMS value of the acceleration of a point on the car cabin in the i-th frequency band. - 3. In terms of vibration magnitude, the transport bench is consistent with the actual sports car. In terms of time, the time ratio between the transport bench and the actual sports car is 1:1, meaning that the time during the experiment is equal to that of the actual sports car. - 4. The vibration of the transport platform is broadband random vibration. Its technical indicators should be described using the parameters that describe random vibration and should not be confused with single sinusoidal vibration. - Maximum test weight range (including fastening fixtures, etc.): 0-5000kg (customizable) - Maximum test product size: 5000×3000mm (length and width) - Test frequency range: 10-30Hz - Vibration type: Broadband random vibration, sine wave (can simulate haul road conditions) - Probability density function of instantaneous acceleration: Approximately normal distribution - Simulated road surface: Intermediate road surfaces for Class III highways and intermediate and low-grade road surfaces for Class IV highways - Amplitude range: ≥0.35mm - Test specimen center of gravity height: ≤700mm - Continuous operating time: 6 hours - Reinforcement level: 1:1 ratio - Control method: PLC touch screen interface control - External dimensions: Based on actual device dimensions - Weight: Approximately 8000kg - Power supply voltage: Three-phase five-wire system, 380V ±10%, 50Hz - Approximate power consumption: 37kW - Environmental conditions: Temperature 0-40°C, Humidity ≤90% (25°C)
