The Douglas Machine Model VBW-1000 is designed to wash and sanitize 400# and 600# v-mags/dump buggies. Convenient, push button operation of this Douglas machine activates the door which positions the container in the wash chamber and initiates the cleaning cycle which consists of a recirculating pre-wash, recirculating wash and fresh sanitizing rinse. Douglas Machine Model VBW-1000 includes a rinse diverter to preserve the concentration of caustic detergents. An alternative Douglas Machine model, the VBW-2000, will clean two per cycle. This powerfully efficient machine operates with a 25 H.P. pump that recirculates 230 GPM through the wash chamber at a minimum of 80 P.S.I. A toggle switch activates the door which positions the container slightly more than 90 degrees in the cabinet. The start button initiates the cleaning cycle which consists of a recirculating pre-wash, recirculating wash and a sanitizing rinse. Cycle times are fully adjustable to address a wide variety of soil conditions.
