The DVBW-1OOO-C is designed to wash and sanitize one plastic or stainless steel bin our two 400# or 600# vat/dump buggies at a time using a removable adaptor attached to the door. This powerfully efficient machine operates with a 40 H.P. pump that recirculates 450 GPM through the wash chamber at a minimum of 80 P.S.I.
A toggle switch activates the door which positions the container(s) slightly more than 90 degrees in the cabinet. The start button initiates the cleaning cycle which consists of a recirculating pre-wash, recirculating wash and a sanitizing rinse. Cycle times are fully adjustable to address a wide variety of soil conditions. Allowing for loading/unloading and using a 1 minute pre-wash, 2 minute wash, 22 second rinse and 1 minute for steam evacuation, 8 to 12 batches an hour is typical.
Two chain driven, rotating hubs with stainless steel piping and jets clean the inside of the container(s) while piston driven, oscillating spray arms clean the outside of the container(s).
