A toggle switch activates the door which positions the container slightly more than 90 degrees in the cabinet. The start button initiates the cleaning cycle which consists of a recirculating wash and a sanitizing rinse. Cycle times are fully adjustable to address a wide variety of soil conditions. Allowing for loading/unloading and using a 2 minute (or longer) wash, 22 second rinse and 1 minute for steam evacuation, 12 to 18 batches an hour is typical.
