DST develops and produces high-performance standard magnetic coupling series between 1-1,200 Nm, as well as customer-specific solutions from 0.1 -25,000 Nm. With various magnetic configurations, we can respond in detail to all customer requirements. Our magnetic couplings are precise, powerful and efficient, even when using difficult media and provide a reliable alternative to conventional dynamic seals.

We support you from conception to final implementation. With extensive product, application, and development expertise, we realise projects that meet the highest safety standards, performance, and cost-effectiveness.

We use modern calculation and simulation software to design the optimal magnetic coupling for every application. Our core competence is the production of customised couplings in close cooperation with our clients.

Materials
The use of high-quality materials and high-performance magnets made from Neodymium-IronBoron (NdFeB) or Samarium-Cobalt (SmCo), along with the application of precise production techniques, distinguish our DST permanent magnetic couplings.

CANISTERS
Our customers’ applications are very different, as are the requirements for operating temperatures and pressures, extreme operating parameters or chemical resistance of the materials used. DST always provides an optimal canister solution.
