Overview
The 8-passage LT Series rotary unions are designed for air, gas and vacuum use and are ideal for automation and robotic applications. These lightweight, compact rotary unions feature an all-aluminum construction and eight independent flow passages capable of transferring different media simultaneously. LT 8-passage models come standard with threaded side connections on the shaft and housing and are available with optional shaft O-ring face seal glands for flush mounting.

  • Suitable media: Air/Gas (primary). The use of liquid media is not recommended for this product; select an alternative DSTI product line if liquid media is required.
  • Maximum vacuum rating and temperature considerations affect seal selection and operational life.
  • Minimum torque values listed are based on zero pressure with Oil/Hydraulic media (or Air/Gas media for SPS Series). Required torque may be greater when using other media types or dry running.
