Description
The 4-passage LT Series rotary unions are designed for air, gas and vacuum applications in automation and robotic systems. These compact, lightweight units feature an all-aluminum construction and four independent flow passages to transfer different media simultaneously. LT models include standard side-threaded connections on the shaft and housing; optional shaft O-ring face-seal glands are available for flush mounting and must be specified at order. The LT Series is designed to integrate with standard electrical slip rings to combine fluid transfer with electrical power, signal and data.

All technical values depend on application parameters; operational life depends on rotational speed and duty cycle. Applications with temperatures above 220° F (105° C) require alternative seal materials. Use of water at temperatures above 212° F (100° C) requires alternative seal materials.
