The DEDUST 1 industrial dust coll ector is a fume and dust extractor equipped with an electric fan that provides up to 2100 mc/h, so it can extract fumes and fine suspended dust from mechanical, food and pharmaceutical processing. The DEDUST 1 is subject to various customizations such as installing an articulated arm for localized suction or installing a flexible hose to be connected directly to the machine. An additional option of the Dedust 1 is the possibility of integrating the automatic cleaning system by means of a compressed air tank, thus allowing more cleaning in the post-processing phase by making the sucked dust to decay more easily into the 5-liter collection container. The operation of our Dedust 1 is very simple, the material is sucked into the dust collector, it will pass through the cartridge, either cellulose or PTFE, which will filter the air not allowing harmful particles to pass through and then arrive in the stilling chamber which slows down the flow and then lets the filtered air out by reintroducing it back into the environment. The air returned to the room can be further filtered through two post-filtration systems, HEPA H13 for greater cleanliness from the finest dust or through an activated carbon cell to capture odors. The frame is made entirely of steel and is epoxy powder coated.
