DEDUST 4 represents a significant evolution in wheeled dust collectors, ideal for creating small centralized systems designed to support up to four workstations in a wide range of manufacturing sectors. Equipped with a robust 3 kW electric fan, the DEDUST 4 providessuction efficiency of up to 3,800 cu m/h, with a static pressure of 270 mm.w.g. It has four filter cartridges, each with a surface area of 10 square meters, which are cleaned alternately by the compressed air tank. This system allows a jet of air to be injected inside the cartridges to help detach the sucked material, which then falls inside the 90-liter collection bin. During its normal operation, air enters the dust extractor through the nozzle or tubing and passes through the cartridge filters, which are arranged horizontally to facilitate particle separation. Dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter elements, while purified air flows through the center of the filters to the clean air chamber. From there, it is fed back into the work environment through a nozzle. The frame of the dust collector is made entirely of steel and coated with epoxy powder paint, ensuring strength and durability over time.
