Description

Overview
3D printing system developed for high-volume production and suitable for large-scale processes requiring maximum precision and resolution. XPRO Q delivers high productivity with a large build volume of 300 × 300 × 300 mm and fast printing speeds. It supports a broad range of DWS materials to realize industrial applications with accuracy and speed. Also available in HR laser version (XPRO QHR).

Key features
  • Quad laser system: 4 Solid State BlueEdge® laser sources working simultaneously to reduce production times while maintaining high resolution.
  • Working area: 300 × 300 × 300 mm (x, y, z).
  • Slice thickness: 10–100 micron (material dependent).
  • Scanning method: Quad-Galvanometer.
  • Touch screen: integrated touch-screen PC for machine control.
  • Cluster configuration: suitable for clustered/stacked configurations to scale production.
  • Ease of use: TTT System (Tank Translation Technology) to reduce tank wear.
  • Compatible with a wide range of DWS materials for industrial applications.
